Mysa

helping you rebuild your your relationship with food

MYSA is a free, eight-session peer support programme for those living with disordered eating, which uses a blend of CBT-ED, mindfulness and other therapeutic techniques. MYSA is available for anybody over the age of 18 whose life is affected by disordered eating, with no diagnosis necessary.

Over the eight sessions, members work 1:1 with their peer mentor to learn the tools, techniques and skills needed to improve their wellbeing and support themselves now and in the future. MYSA is delivered in person, from our home at the Bloom Building, Birkenhead.

We also offer a safe, dedicated support group for Mysa members to talk to other members to make them feel less alone.

Very friendly and warm and welcoming environment!
I really love how there is no pressure and we are able to take things at our own pace. Feels so good, and like a sigh of relief to be around other ND people and not have to mask or feel judged. 10/10
